A. To build CUME by attracting new listeners to my shift, while staying in the framework of the programming formatics.
B. To build TIME SPENT LISTENING by compelling listeners to stay with my entire show, or wishing they could, by providing them content that is of high value to them.
C. To overcome all obstacles, personal & professional, so as I can do the best job possible on & off the air.
D. To do my very best to protect the license of the station(s).
