Get Noticed

When talking to a program director about one of his talent’s lack of following directions while on the air, his response was, “…I know but it’s not really that bad.” Have we let mediocrity become the standard in which we measure radio performance? Some openly confess to this while others hide it. In either case it is not good. If you are going to do something, do it to the best of your ability.
